- All bookings will be guaranteed by a 50% deposit taxes included by credit card along with a signed rental agreement(cabins only)
- Cabin rental deposits are refundable ONLY if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to your reservation arrival date minus $25 cancellation fee. Campsite same policy minus $10 cancellation fee.
- This deposit will be non-refundable within 30 days of the date of your arrival. No shows remainder of stay will also be charged. Early checkouts no refunds.
- Minimum two night bookings, except long weekends minimum three night bookings.
- Bedding and pillows will not be supplied.
- Bath towels, hand towels, dish towels and soaps of any kind are not supplied
- Non-smoking and pet free cabins(not even if they are kenneled or outside-no pets). Charges will apply for guests who do not comply.
- On cabin rentals-no additional campers or tents allowed beside cabins (campsites available, all are a short distance from cabins).
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Stag and Stagettes will not be permitted on cabin or campsite rentals.
